Yes, it is part of our process that we require new customers to register with us to ensure they get the best care possible. Registering is easy and will only take a few minutes. If you're new and interested in booking an appointment, call us today, and we'll guide you through the following steps.
Do we have to book before arriving?
Yes, your pet must have a scheduled appointment before arriving. We currently don't see walk-in appointments. However, our process could change in the future. For now, it's always best to contact us first so we can book you an appointment.
What are your Covid precautions?
We're currently operating a closed-door policy. Therefore, you must leave your pet with us without entering the practice. However, this is subject to change depending on the latest government advice. Please check our website for our latest measures, or call us for further information.
When should a cat or a dog be neutered?
It differs depending on the animal and its sex. Female cats should be neutered after four months. Male cats aren't supposed to be castrated earlier than five months of age. Female dogs should receive their spay operation between five and six months of age or up to two months after their first season. Male dog castrations are recommended after they've reached six months.
Do you offer pet insurance?
